Difficulty in anger regulation refers to the inability to manage, express, or control feelings of anger in a healthy and constructive way. It can lead to impulsive reactions, emotional distress, and challenges in social or professional settings.

Anger is a state of bad tension on the human psyche, and the production of this emotion will cause the dysfunction of advanced neural activity, causing the human body to lose physical and mental balance, thereby generating a very adverse impact on the health of the body.
Long-term excessive nervous system tension caused by frequent and persistent suppression of anger often leads to physical and mental diseases, and even turns into mental disorders or other organ system diseases.
The project was inspired by a bloody case caused by an out-of-control anger.
